Each major update during the season introduces different elements from previous chapters, starting with Chapter 1 Season 5. Fortnite OG introduces the OG Pass, packed with over 50 new in-game items, which can be unlocked in just four weeks. The OG Pass is purchasable for 950 V-Bucks and even comes as part of the Fortnite Crew subscription.
The OG Shop takes a step back in time, offering classic, mashup, and fresh items for a limited time. A new curated selection appears in the Shop daily, giving players the chance to grab nostalgic items.
Chapter 4 Season OG Ranked
With each new season, player ranks are reset to provide a fresh start. In Fortnite OG, only one ranked match is needed to reveal your rank. Performance in this first match doesn't determine initial rank placement.
Faster Rank Progression in Fortnite OG
To accommodate the shorter Fortnite OG season, rank progression is faster at the higher and middle ranks. Players are penalized less for early eliminations, and progression is quicker for players in the Bronze ranks.
