Korean streamer 'imjoel3004' was allegedly pushed off a departing train while doing a live broadcast (subathon) in India. The incident occurred on May 10th, 2023 - 17:43 PM (GMT+5:30), while the streamer and a group of fellow streamers were traveling by train from Delhi to Agra.
Joel is heard shouting 'Who pushed me?' as he stumbles to the ground, moments after another streamer from his group, 'SlightlyHomeless' jumps from the moving train and rushes to check up on him.

Thankfully, the train had just started moving and hadn't gained significant speed, which minimized the severity of Joel's injuries. After he fell, he was seen holding the back of his neck in pain. However, Joel managed to make it back to the station safe and sound, accompanied by his streamer buddy 'SlightlyHomeless', a Police Officer, and other spectators. His luggage was also secured by one of the streamers in his group.
Joel's physical state prior to the incident is worth noting. Earlier that day, he had undergone an ear operation and appeared dazed as he took a car ride to the station, dozing off during the journey. While the cause of the incident is still unclear, some viewers speculated that he lost his balance, or that the train doors shut and caused him to fall. However, moments after the incident, the camera panned to the train, revealing that other people were also standing on the doorways, making it unlikely that the train doors were the cause of the incident.
강요엘(Kang Yo-el) or 'Joel' as he goes by on Kick/YouTube is part of a Streamer group of eight or nine people that all traveled to India in pursuit of content for their subathons.
A subathon is a type of streaming event where a streamer sets a goal for how long they will stream for, and for each subscription (or "sub") they receive during that time, the stream will be extended by a certain amount. For example, if a streamer sets a goal to stream for 24 hours and receives 10 subscriptions during that time, the stream will be extended by an additional hour for each of those subscriptions, resulting in a total of 34 hours of streaming. Subathons can be a way for streamers to engage with their audience, encourage subscriptions, and raise money for charity or personal goals.
Amongst the group are well known people in the Live Streaming world like Ice Poseidon and Sam Pepper.
